° to have full ownership of the property and copyright rights of the proposed artwork, and that everysingle image of the project is not blocked by any previous act that limits their effectiveness in theexploitation of the aforementioned rights;
° to have read and accepted the DECALOGUE as a regulation published on the association's website www.formicalab.net, directly linked to this OPEN CALL for participation;
° to relieve the FormicaLab-Aps association from any irregularity in terms of missing permitsand/or releases in terms of third party rights pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 and that is,related to the privacy of any portrayed subjects (persons and/or clearly recognizable things) duringthe production of my images and their consequent public posting, in the territory of Cuneo city.
° to be, as author and owner of the images, the only responsible for my photographs and therefore torelieve the organizers and the FormicaLab-Aps association of any issue deriving from the contentsof this topic area.;
° to transfer the use of all high-resolution images for a single print per image for exhibition purposeswith the exception of the single image of the project (indicated below) which can be published inthe press and for traditional and social communication purposes of the festival | PAESAGGI | Affinities and divergencies, as well as on the FormicaLab-Aps association website.

° di avere la piena titolarità dei diritti di proprietà e d'autore dell’opera proposta, e nello specifico che tutte le immagini facenti parte del portfolio/progetto non sono gravate da alcun atto pregresso che ne limitino l'efficacia nello sfruttamento dei suddetti diritti;
° di aver letto e qui contestualmente accettato il DECALOGO quale regolamento pubblicato sul sito dell'associazione www.formicalab.net, direttamente collegato a questa OPEN CALL di partecipazione;
° di sollevare l'associazione FormicaLab-Aps da qualsiasi irregolarità in termini di mancati permessi e/o liberatorie in tema di diritti di terzi ai sensi del D.Lgs. 196/03 e cioè inerenti la privacy degli eventuali soggetti ritratti (persone e/o cose chiaramente riconoscibili) durante la produzione delle mie immagini e la loro conseguente affissione pubblica, sul territorio del Comune di Cuneo;
° di essere, in quanto autore e proprietario delle immagini, il solo responsabile di quanto forma oggetto delle proprie fotografie e di sollevare quindi gli organizzatori e l'associazione FormicaLab-Aps da ogni problematica derivante dai contenuti delle stesse;
° di cedere l'utilizzo di tutte le immagini in alta risoluzione per una sola stampa per immagine ai fini espositivi eccezion fatta per la singola immagine del progetto (indicata di seguito) pubblicabile a mezzi stampa e per fini di comunicazione tradizionali e social del festival | PAESAGGI | Affinità e divergenze, oltre che sul sito dell'associazione FormicaLab-Aps.
